Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture.
Candidates with the following experience should apply:
Landscape Designer: Entry Level to 3 Years of experience working in a professional office environment under the supervision of a licensed Landscape Architect.
Landscape Architect: 3 to 7 years of experience working in a professional office environment (professional licensure or progress toward obtaining licensure)
Project Manager: 7-10 years of experience working in a professional office environment with past experience managing projects and coordinating staff (must possess professional license)
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel. SketchUp experience is highly desirable. Strong consideration will be given to candidates with Revit and/or Civil 3D experience.
Position Expectations:
Evidence of commitment to design excellence and establishing lasting client relationships.
Strong organizational skills.
Construction documentation experience including grading and construction detailing.
Planting design proficiency and knowledge of Midwest planting materials and techniques.
Excellent graphics, writing, and oral communication skills.
Ability to adjust to dynamic project needs on multiple project types and scales.
Strong collaborator.

Confluence offers full benefits including health, dental, and 401K. We also offer 15 days Personal Time Off (PTO)/year that combines vacation, paid sick leave for unexpected temporary short-term illness of an employee or his/her dependent(s), time off for medical appointments and personal days. Employees with more experience may qualify for more PTO/year.
We offer a flexible work schedule allowing qualified employees the option of working remotely on Fridays or taking Fridays off if they have met the minimum expected work schedule and completed the expected project tasks.
