Spin Spot National Design Competition: Finalist

Confluence partnered with Midtown Design Development and Construction and Better Block KC in a national 2019 Spin Spot Design Competition to design and construct a prototype for an on-street parklet that provides pedestrian seating and activities while also serving as a bus shelter and providing integrated bike/scooter parking. Michael Schmidt represented Confluence on the team, which was selected as a finalist for the competition. The parklet design will be constructed in Denver, CO and be on public display with the rest of the finalists for Park(ing) Day on September 20th.
