Interactive Website: University Avenue Corridor

The cities of West Des Moines and Clive, Iowa are seeking public input on a proposed redevelopment plan for the University Avenue Corridor. Our team is helping these communities evaluate opportunities to revitalize the area and we are seeking community input to guide decision-making and prioritization for this plan. 

Confluence created a user-friendly interactive project website to virtually engage citizens, property owners and stakeholders in the planning process during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are using this new tool effectively on numerous design and planning projects to maintain open and transparent communication, and are seeing more opportunities to integrate this technology into our practice long-term.
