A community-based vision for future growth was created for the City of Lansing through a series of facilitated public and stakeholder involvement efforts.
Confluence led a multi-disciplinary planning team to update the existing comprehensive plan for this growing bedroom community. Strategically located along on the west side of Kansas City’s metropolitan area, the City is bisected by the existing K-7 highway corridor.
Our team coordinated extensive community participation as a fundamental component of this project - with the community wanting to maintain a high quality of life and a sustainable local economy.
