These new improvements provide multi-generational and ability opportunities while extending resident recreational experiences within the parks.
Confluence completed final design work as part of a design build team in the fall of 2018 after completing conceptual design work for Burrus Old Mill Park in the summer of 2018. The project renovation completed construction in June 2019. The new design features a new splash pad, inclusive playground, restroom, basketball court, shelter, skate park and loop road. Signage was also updated to follow design guidelines created by Confluence for the parks department.
