This complex was built to support youth sports programs in Coralville while providing opportunities for future expansion to serve this growing community.
Envisioned to serve as a home for the community’s growing youth sports programs, Confluence created a Master Plan for this complex to include five baseball and softball fields, four tee-ball fields, a Babe Ruth field and three soccer fields. The project also included a concession stand, maintenance facilities and parking improvements.
This multi-phase project has a flexible design to integrate additional future amenities such as playground spaces, sprayground and splash areas, and trail connections to serve the community's evolving recreational needs and priorities.
