Denver Justice Center Civic Mall Framework Master Plan

The Denver Justice Center Civic Mall Framework Master Plan employs axial organization to properly situate the campus within its immediate urban context.
The east-west axis connects the Denver Justice Center with Speer Blvd and the Cherry Creek Regional Trail directly to the west. The axis of the framework plan aligns with Civic Center, further empowering the Colorado State Capitol building at the eastern axial terminus. The plan establishes the development pattern for future civic facilities and open space.
