An integrated Master Plan guides the phased placement of office buildings and support facilities around a central core of landscaped open spaces - connecting the entire complex.
Confluence led and facilitated a multi-disciplinary master planning process that included a three-day charrette, yielding an overall design direction for the Master Plan. The design integrates a system of bioswales, water bodies and landscape areas to properly convey a majority of the site stormwater while allowing for future additional campus growth and development.
Employee-based amenities were a vital component of the design vision - leading to the creation of features such as a dining terrace, an outdoor amphitheater, a lawn space for recreation and tented activities, and a series of attractive garden spaces.
