The amenity deck at 365 is the epitome of luxury, high-style, comfort and urban-living - providing a collection of ample spaces for socialization, activity and relaxation.
This project is Opus Development's second high-rise luxury apartment tower in Downtown Minneapolis. Confluence led the design of a new Nicollet Mall streetscape and a rooftop amenity deck that includes a pool and spa, fire pits, kitchen and bar, lawn and seating areas for dining and gatherings. The streetscape along Nicollet Mall has been transformed into a pedestrian-friendly environment with large overstory trees and custom landscape planters.
The synergy between the architecture, site and landscape creates an interesting visual palette and a cohesive aesthetic environment.
