Designed to be the tallest residential tower in Downtown Minneapolis, the 1930's Neo-Classical aesthetic of this new building creates a distinctive appearance while offering unparalleled views of the City's skyline and the Stone Arch Bridge along the Mississippi River Corridor.
Located on the 8th floor rooftop, the amenity deck for this project includes an immersive 25-yard lap pool, a spa, a fountain that doubles as a splash pad, ample pool deck space with seating and lounge spaces, garden terrace spaces with shady retreats, and flexible use plaza areas. Our team provided integrated design of the on-structure landscape and hardscape spaces for the entire rooftop amenity area.
Our design contributions included crafting a welcoming sense of arrival for residents and visitors via an at-grade motor court drop-off at the building entrance and supportive streetscape design for the block surrounding this project site - integrating the new building into the surrounding urban context.
