The goal was to create a new pedestrian-oriented village at the base of the ski hill while working within the constraints of the existing building framework.
This $10 million site and landscape improvement project included an iterative design and construction process. Amenities include the primary gathering plaza and pedestrian connections, west gate, climbing wall, stream feature and the "giant snag". Our team's selection of native trees, shrubs and ground covers allows the project to be hearty while fitting into this mountain resort context.
