Slated to become North America’s newest world-class alpine village and ski area developed since 1981, this project is being designed to create a year-round destination resort.
Our team collaborated with the Client's team of architects and engineers to develop plans for a mixed-use central core village. Through strategic building placement and creative grading solutions, the entire complex was crafted into the terrain to create a multi-terraced layering of pedestrian experiences.
Pedestrian-oriented village streets and open plaza spaces allow guests to circulate throughout the village while exploring the many hotels, restaurants, retail shops and recreational amenities. Each hotel has a spa and pool amenity along with fantastic views of the surrounding mountains. An ice skating ribbon provides a winter destination activity with ample adjacent seating areas, fire pits, and gathering spaces.
