This two-block mixed-use development creates a thriving mixed-use district with unique and inventive pedestrian-oriented spaces.
Confluence provided landscape and site planning recommendations for this mixed-use development. With 28,000sf of retail space facing France Avenue, the streetscape solutions were varied to fit the contextual needs of the user. The main landscape features include an activated streetscape edge, a Woonerf providing additional public space while allowing connections to townhomes, two amenity deck spaces within the six-story mixed-use development and a softening planting pallet which helps mitigate stormwater. The landscape features provide synergy between nearby single-family residential and the bustling retail district.
