150 North Riverside Receives Honor Award

Wednesday, July 1, 2020

150 North Riverside is a 53-story high-rise office building along the South Branch of the Chicago River. The site includes a plaza that connects the main entrance of the building to Randolph Street, a 300-foot-long Riverwalk Promenade that allows pedestrians to overlook the water’s edge with terraced seating, and a green space park to break up the busy, urban surroundings. The Illinois Chapter of ASLA has awarded this project with an Honor Award in the Design (Built) category.
