Park Hill LEAD Innovation Studio earns 2022 John Shaw Award

Earlier this week at the Kansas City Chapter’s Association for Learning Environments Annual Conference we learned that the Park Hill School District LEAD Innovation Studio received the 2022 John Shaw Award. This is a regional architectural design competition intended to showcase good design that results from collaboration with educators, students, and community representatives.

Confluence led the site design and layout for this project, developing unique outdoor spaces for students and staff to allow for outdoor learning, gardens, performance areas and gathering spaces. Congratulations our project partner Hollis + Miller Architects on this achievement! We are so proud to have worked with this talented group.
