MATT EVETT, ASLA, PLA / ASSOCIATE PRINCIPAL
Matt has created memorable places and award-winning projects for our clients throughout the Midwest. He became a landscape architect to create interesting, inspiring, and inventive spaces, and he enjoys crafting transformative projects that shape our communities and the environment.
With nearly 21 years of experience (16 with Confluence), he has elevated the design quality of numerous projects including the 2nd Street Corridor, Wells Fargo Corporate Campus, Kansas City Zoo, North Oak Corridor and Longview Park + Aquatics Center. Matt’s experience includes working in Orlando, Chicago, and Des Moines prior to residing in Kansas City – where he enjoys historic parks and places. He is passionate about transforming a project’s site challenges into unique solutions while infusing creativity and environmental sensitivity.
Matt is a graduate of Purdue University and a native of Indiana. In his free time, he enjoys hiking and riding bikes with his wife, Jenny, and their two sons, Aiden and Nolan.
