National Wear Red Day

Friday, February 1, 2019

Today we celebrate National Wear Red Day to support the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women® campaign! On the first Friday of every February, the nation comes together to raise awareness about cardiovascular disease as this has been called the “silent killer” of women, affecting one in three every year. Thankfully, it has been 15 years since National Wear Red Day was introduced and great advancements have been made in raising awareness that heart disease and strokes are the number one disease affecting women. Confluence is proud to support women’s heart health!
