KC Zoo All-Inclusive Playground

The Kansas City Zoo and Variety KC Exploration Play Area at KC ZOO are teaming up to provide the first “all-inclusive playground” at the Zoo. The new play area will help ensure all zoo guests have a positive experience. Confluence is thrilled to have had a role in the design of this wonderful project.

The $250,000 project is a collaboration between the animal park and Variety, which provides adaptive equipment and opportunities to play and learn for kids with developmental disabilities. The area is scheduled to open this spring.
