Xcel Energy Mountain Bike Park officially opens

Last week, we celebrated the grand opening of the Xcel Energy Mountain Bike Park at Quarry Lake Park in Shakopee, Minnesota. Just under four miles, the park has four loops and options for beginner, intermediate, and experienced riders. About 40 riders of all ages took the trails on opening day, and we’re so glad we got to share the fun with them.

Thank you to the City of Shakopee, Xcel Energy, Shakopee Public Schools, and the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community for working with us on this exciting project. If you’re in the area, grab your bike and head over to Quarry Lake Park to experience the park for yourself!
