Congratulations to 320 South Canal for Winning Office Development of the Year at the 2022 Chicago Real Estate Awards. This achievement would not be possible without a team of great indivuals and partners including Convexity, Goettsch Partners, the construction team led by Clark, lendors, and the anchor tenant of the building, BMO Harris Bank.

The park is envisioned to become a new green oasis in the dense urban neighborhood around Chicago's Union Station - an informal and curvilinear space focused around a Great Lawn while providing a contrast to the geometry of the surrounding buildings and streets.
