Construction continues at ELEVEN on the River

Check out the construction progress at Eleven on the River in Minneapolis! Located in the heart of the city, this condominium tower features world-class amenities and breathtaking views of Gold Medal Park, Stone Arch Bridge, and the Minneapolis skyline.

Confluence was retained by Ryan Companies US, Inc. to provide landscape design services for the project, including a communal amenity terrace and motor court drop off. ELEVEN officially opens this March, and we can’t wait to see residents enjoying the completed space!
