A New Look At Old Town Lenexa Receives Merit Award

The City of Lenexa wanted to create a new strategy for enhancing their “Old Town” district. With the assistance of Collins Noteis Associates and Wilson Engineers, our team engaged community residents and business owners to craft a visionary plan for guiding future growth, redevelopment and investment. The plan is geared toward improving the area’s pedestrian-oriented environment while reviving its economic vitality.

We’re thrilled the plan was recognized by PGASLA with a Merit Award. Congratulations go out to the City of Lenexa and those living and working in Old Town. We look forward to future development progress – and to seeing the area’s inherent potential realized.
