Rapid Development in Chicago's South Loop

As the Chicago riverfront swarms with boat cruises, sailboats and new development, we are thrilled to have been a part of the Southbank Park project alongside Lendlease, Perkins + Will and Hoerr Schaudt. Southbank Park opened in 2019 and is the largest green space on the south branch of the river, providing the public with recreational opportunities and riverfront views.
