Lake Olathe Receives Merit Award

We’re thrilled to have received a Merit Award under the Design (Built) category from the ASLA Prairie Gateway Chapter for our work on Lake Olathe Park! The new features include Eagles Landing special events venue, the Beach House & Marina that is adjacent to the Great Lawn, and a lakefront amphitheater that holds 4,000 visitors for special events. Meandering through the park is a 1,800 linear foot water feature that is fed by lake water. The park also includes a nature playground, new restrooms, fishing pavilion, disk golf, and over four miles of trails that connect Lake Olathe Park to the Confluence designed Cedar Niles Park to the north. Congratulations to everyone on our team who put in countless time and effort to bring the vision of this park to life.
