We’re excited to share that Sioux Steel’s manufacturing and office site will be transformed into a network of residential, commercial and mixed-use amenity spaces. This redevelopment will introduce a seven-story hotel, nine-story mixed-use building and parking ramp surrounded by 100 apartments to best serve the downtown area. We’re thrilled to be a part of this project and watch it come to life by 2022!
